how did we get
to Kitchen Island?
music has been one of my most important tools for finding sense of place within my body & my being as a part of Planet Earth x an endless possibility of greater wholes within & beyond the planet.
music weaves fibers of our stories into intercreated fabrics of faith & the regal abundance of the natural universe. it connects us in experience x creation x expression beyond linear time & place.
by cultivating a personal relationship to music & developing a personal style for the range of music that we like [across an emotional & energetic spectrum], music allows us to attend to a more profound relationship to the personal body.
from there, we may find opportunity to work more intuitively with the somatic experience through chronic [long-term] healing of both personal & collective wound/ trauma care.
